I've had my lovebird for a month and she is now staying on my shoulder as I do chores around the house. She is friendly towards everyone in the house, but its scared of most others' hands - but not mine. I can pick her up and hold in my hands and she's calm and docile. She has a very gentle spirit and is curious about everything! She has gotten into a bit of a nibbling phase, but I've read that it shouldn't last for a long time, so I'm not too concerned. She is a beautiful addition to our house and we all love having her around. We feel like we're living in a Disney film with a bird flying around us and singing.
