i have Blue since august(5 months old) and he/she still afraid of my hand.every evening i clean the cage and try to feed Blue millet or sunflower seed by hand inside the cage or from the outside no way.i used to be able to stoke Blue's back with the tip of my finger while blue was hiding by a toy hanging in the cage.I've looked at videos to try different ways.still nothing i get even get it on a stick much less my finger.i'm waiting to have the wings clipped and i haven't got Blue out of the cage don't want to know how that would turn out. i'm thinking Blue should be a littler farther along my now (8 months)
Perhaps you could get some guidance from them?
