Baby lovebird question

what food can i offer a baby lovebird (3 weeks) that i am currently co-parenting? i want to offer food while they're out of the nest socialising, to help with the bonding process?

Thanks. But was referring to solid foods I could make. Parents will be doing the majority of the feeding

Baby Lovebirds is one of my favorite babies I used to raise. That link above is informative. The way I used to wean mine was using millet spray, seeds, pellets, and fruits & veggies just like what the link suggests. At first they'll just play with them like little toys. :)

so what age do they actually start eating the solid foods i give them?
