Pacing in front of cage door

Jordan has been pacing by the cage door, as if she wants to come out. But she doesn't like coming out of her cage, whether I'm taking her out or let her come out on her own, she doesn't like being outside of her cage. But all I can think of is she wants to come out. All my other birds and past birds have paced by the door when they wanted to come out. I'm not sure want she wants, she had fresh food, fresh water, toys/perches are switched out once a week. She can't be bored or hungry.
does she want attention?

She wants to come out, just needs some coaxing ( treats) to help her.

I'd open the door and let it open for a while, let her figure it out on her own. If she shows no interest in coming out or investigating the open door, or if she totally gets away from the open door, then something else is up...How old is she?

Ok, so she's pretty new to everything! I don't know how long you've had her, but learning new things takes time...Like I said, open her door and just watch from afar. Don't force her, but just watch her and see if this stops her pacing. If she continues to pace and ignores the open door then something else is up, there's something that she wants but it may take some investigation to figure it out. I'm pretty sure she'll come on out soon after you open the door, but in case she doesn't, at that point I'd try my best to get her out, put her on top of her cage, and see what happens once she's out...As long as every other obvious thing is checked off, like food, water, toys aren't stuck or haven't fallen down or broken, nothing in her cage is weird, etc.
