Lovebird couple with PBFD (video)

I just came across this video and thought I'd share it!
I'm just a little bit curious as to how they found out that Indi, the second lovebird, has PBFD.
Has anyone of you seen any cases where they keep their feathers?

Indi maybe a carrier and as a result not show the common signs of PBFD, but will test positive. Thanks for providing the Video.
