nipping on shoulder

my b/g zoee is 5 yr old. i hand raised her from 3 weeks. i havent had too much trouble with her thru the years but now i am in trouble!!she is not allowed on my shoulder and usually remembers.i am not a very big lady so zoee can reach my shoulder when she is on my hand. when she doesnt get her way lately shes started going up and nipping on my shoulder. i mean it is serious. she tares my shirts and i cant get her off once she gets started.i am scared if i push her too bad she will bite my hand. now it is to where i hold a kit towel to get her to let go of my shirt.i watch her body lang and i can sence when it is coming. i side track to something new but it doesnt last long. if i try to put her down she does it more now. i dont know how to handle this without making it worse. it is all the time now.nothing has changed in her inviorement r anything.ive always spent alot of time with her doing things with me ect. but ive almost dreaded it and i hate becoming scared of her. i never have before. any advise will help..been for check up..shes fine..i cant afford a behavior spec. to come here..she wants 200 for 2 hr visits..deedee

Im am not allowing Polly (a Amazon) comming up to the shoulder. I have Polly on my hand and the other hand on my arm preventing hear to go up: of cause she is sometime bitting my fingers and when she is bitting I gently push her down. Bitting me dosent help, I am use to it. In fact for the moment she is not even trying. One whey is to have a T-shirt with no arms and hold the arm in down direction so the bird is slippering trying to climb up.
