A lot of birds make sounds when they are playing or cuddling with you. My amazon makes a little poof of air come out his nares when he gets excited. He also makes little cooing sounds and other cute noises when he is playing with me. My Grey makes excited little "Oooo oooo oooo" sounds when she is cuddling with me. My conure makes humming sounds when she is playing.
