I assume you're being sarcastic. But on the chance you're not, the Chicago Cubs are a baseball team where Salsa used to live. But he's their fan, not me

Thanks. But in that video Salsa was only thinking about doing his actual rally cry for the Cubs. That's why it sounded like a question (with his upward inflection on it). His real rally cry can be heard and seen in the video posted below:
