So Fargos hoodie finally arrived from America

Cutest/funniest thing ever!!

It fits him around the waist, but unfortunately its too long

but i will just get my mum to make it a bit shorter for him

But he loves it!! Didnt bite at it or struggle, just happily sat in it

-i had to run out and show dad in the kitchen, so i was holding his foot so he didnt fly off

and he was playing with the little beads and stuff

Hahahah he LOVES it, no joke!!

We took it off, but, we put it back on again soon after, hes so calm and cuddly in it as well!

Hasnt bitten the buttons yet

Mum said she will sew it up tomorrow so it fits him

I have a feeling i will be getting someone a few more hoodies for winter LOL :54:

Thanks guys, i couldnt get over how adorable it was when i first put it on!

I will get better pictures tomorrow when mum fixes the size for me

Kiwibird, i actually didnt have a clue how they were meant to go on, but when it arrived it was easy!
I didnt read the instructions, it said- let your bird get used to it for 3 days before putting it on

whoops! haha

but, this is the the back, has the material piece for the front with 2 tab like things with velcro on the side which go around the body under the wings.. then the back flap which just goes down their back, and has a long velcro strip which the 2 tabs just go onto!! Very easy to put on, just slip the head through then strap the velcro on!

Can anyone explain why he would love a hoodie and hate a harness?

It cant be the feeling of being 'restricted' kind of problem with something being around his neck/wings..

So i cant figure out why the harness is a problem?

I guess he doesnt 'hate' it.. he puts his head through the loop, gets it draped over, gets it under his wings.. he has no fear with that, but when his head and one wing are through, thats when he freaks out.. :/

I wish hoodies came with a leash LOL

That is just adorable. Fargo looks great in it. I was going to say that I can't even get my Grey to wear a harness, but It looks like you have the same issue with Fargo. I wonder if there is anyway to use the harness with the hoodie? Something worth trying maybe.

Fargo's a Rock Star!!
i LOVE the big bird hoodies. I think Gilbert is cute in his little hoodie but their styles are limited for the little guys and they are not 'pullover' style, but wrap around and velcro. Cute but not over-the -top cute like this.

fargo is to much lol... looks like i may be getting one of them for baby ive seen them in pictures but never really liked the look, but fargo seemed to enjoy it so maybe baby will!
