Keiko has some broken wing feathers i'm not sure which type but they keep getting messed up so that when she folds her wing it doesn't sit right...i was able to remove one of then yesterday but there seems to be at least 2 more however she has gotten wise to my plan and now she won't let me get the others...any ideas on what to do they just seem like the are uncomfortable
also i can't get near her with any scissors or any thing of the sort

i think that they might just be the primaries or secondaries but they are broken close to the follicle so just clipping like normal I don't think will work...i'll try to get pictures if she will let me

If she's able to deal with them being there, and as long as they're not broken blood feathers, you should be able to leave them be until they fall out naturally (which may be a while).

I agree with Plax, if the shafts bother her, she knows how to get them out & will remove them.....
