A family member (of a family member) gained possession of a Green Wing Macaw in 1995 via an advertisement in Bird Talk Magazine in a January, February, or March 1995 issue.
We think our Green Wing Macaw (Noah) was hatched in July of 1995, but his tags and papers are gone.
As a result of work relocation, we are attempting to bring Noah to the UK; however, to do this, we need certification of his birth whereabouts.
Does anyone have experience trying to take a Macaw to the UK from the US? Is there any way around this "birth certificate" dilemma?
Thank you for any help.
Best,
J
