Are Hahns Macaws as noisy or noisier than a Sun Conure?

Yellow Collared Macaw (Loki the Monkey Bird)
Military Macaw (Wingnut)
Citron Crested Cockatoo
(Knuckles)
I have a Yellow Collared Macaw, which is also a mini-macaw, like a Hahns is. Apart from a week long or so period of time, about a week after bringing her home, Loki has never been very noisy at all. I think maybe once she felt comfortable with us, she kind of tested the waters with acceptable noise levels. We ignored any unwanted noise, and she gets tons of affection, so she's happy, and quiet.
I will say, that since we have added Wingnut, a Military Macaw to the family, she has become a little more vocal. He is large, and noisy (we are trying to diminish that) and they call to each other. He screeches sometimes, and she will imitate his ear piercing screech, but hers is little, and soft, and cute.
Hope this helps.

Presently have six Greenwing Macaw (17 yo), Red Fronted Macaw (12 yo), Red Lored Amazon (17 y.o.), Lilac Crowned Amazon (about 43 y.o.) and a Congo African Grey (11 y.o.)
Panama Amazon (1 Y.O.)
NOT EVEN CLOSE!!!

Hahn's are at the other end of the noise spectrum. Pretty quiet.

Hahn's Macaw
I have a Hahn's and aside from her call to me, she never screams. Years and years and years ago I had a Sunny. I loved her dearly, but was very vocal. Constant calling. What I read on the Hahn's prior to getting her, was that they are very vocal so if you want to avoid them using their natural voice then teach them to talk:). Hahnna actually word associates, so she will ask for what she wants, such as I want my snack, step up, bath etc. takes time but well worth th effort. i think too with any bird the amount of noise also has a lot to do with how noisy your house hold is and how much you give them to do to keep them occupied and not bored.

Yes. A lot noisier.

Haha as you can see everyone will have different experiences based on the individual birds they have experience with. I have both and there is no comparison in my case. Hahns is a lot louder.

Hahn's macaw, RIP George, Jenday Conure
I had a Jenday conure. Now I have a Hahns. The Jenday had a loud piercing cry. One that made my family loathe the time I would arrive home each night. My Hahns however can make a good screech when he wants to, but my family tells me Hahnzel is much better.

As for me, neither one of my babies ever made/makes any noise, they just call to me "welcome home!"

My Hahns contact calls me when I come home. His contact call is TWICE as loud as my sun conure and my sun conure has a loud call.

Sometimes he just yells for fun, that's also VERY loud. In general he is not loud but when he yells you can hear him on the street.

Louder: yes
Noisier: absolutely not. Maybe only a umbrella is noisier than a sun. Suns are known to be one of the noisiest birds.

Mia - Hahn Macaw
I can't speak for conjures, but my Hahn is very loud. She talks / screams every morning, starting around 7, until I let her out of her cage. If i'm doing anything in the house that involves noise, like putting dishes away or vacuum cleaner, she squawks constantly until the noise stops.
