I do not have one, but I saw there were no posts here yet, so I thought I would say hi. What is your Macaw's name?

Hi welcome. There are Illiger's owners here, but not out of the people who post on a regular basis. Other mini Macaw owners though.

I was tempted to want an Illiger's at one time, as I think they're gorgeous, but a macaw isn't the best choice for my home and life personally. I do think Illiger's are one of the prettiest macaws when in mature colors. :) Pictures?

Her name is ziya, I got her in a shop specialized in parrots, in the Netherlands. She's eleven weeks old now , so I got here like three weeks now :) I'm hand feeding her, but she also starts to eat seeds and the diet she'll get when she's older in a few weeks. She loves to play especially in the morning, it's funny to see how she rolls over indeed :p my Afrivan grey doesn't play like that :)
