Fargo flying and some more

Just thought i would share these cool pics of Fargo flying the other day! and yes i was just in my pajamas, i didn't think the shots would look so cool hahahaha

and then just a pic of him sleeping whilst holding my hand in his mouth like a dummy <3

and listening to his heart beat with the stethoscope, he is a good little patient.. Was a bit unsure at first, but then he was good boy!

Then i try and study Biochemistry, and Fargo climbs over...

Sits on my arm..

Plays with my pen... Come on mum, stop studying!

Ok fine you win!!!! hahah

Oh Fargo...such a handsome boy ❤️ LOVE those pics Tab! He's an amazing flier!! And looks like he's a good patient too! Hopefully he hasn't chewed any of your med tools yet 😬 lol

Gorgeous pics, T. J! Especially the multi-shot flight sequence! Sweet!

And Fargo's plumage practically glows! My only complaint is that you did your usual Ghost Ninja bit. Show your face, woman! Lol!

Hahaha Fargo is getting better with his flight recall, when he first started flying he would come to me as soon as i put him down.. But now he only waits until i call him!

And he knows to fly back to his perch, so at least i don't have to do much activity :54: hahaha

Haha i don't get many pictures when we go outside, but his feathers always look so pretty out in the sun!

After i give him a bath, and then he sits outside, his feathers go SUPER soft.. It's like the warm sun gives them extra softness

We are both awake and had breaky now, and he is hanging above my like an acrobat! I will give him a big cuddle from you now!

It is much faster than ours.. It is very cute though..

I love listening to heart beats, it is kind of hypnotic..

But Fargo's little heart pumps much quicker :09:

AND this week we have been learning about the respiratory system..

Birds lungs are one of the most efficient !

"Birds have a specialized system in which the lungs are non-elastic; air sacs attached to lungs act as bellows to keep air continually flowing across respiratory exchange surface in one direction regardless of whether the bird is inhaling or exhaling

There is no "dead space" in bird lungs. Bird lungs do not have alveoli. "

You know the flights look like they would take a while, but he is so fast it is scary.. and the force when he lands is awesome! :09:

No he hasn't eaten any med tools haha ! They are all locked away in the draw and the stethoscope is in it's box!
