What kind of pellets does your Mac eat?
How much does he/she go through in a month?
Approximately how long would a 10 pound bag last?

About a cup a day. Plus fruit, nuts, veggies, and other fresh foods...

I buy in bulk, but with five birds in the house I go through a 50 lb bag about every 3 months or so.

Wow, I would have thought they went through more each day, considering their large size. But of course, lots of variety throughout the day makes up for it.

Pellets make up 50-60% of my bird's diet. The rest is a combination of fresh fruits, veggies,nuts, etc.

after giving my mac pellets and the combination of fresh fruits, veggies,nuts, etc.
she will no longer eat pellets. any advice. sorry not intending to hijack your thread
