I was just curious about how to bite pressure train? There is not a large macaw in my near future unless there is a perfect situation. It would have to be a family bird if we got one and my parents are intimidated of the large beaks. They are fine with small birds and my mom loves african greys and other medium sized birds. So anyways, we are looking into a mini macaw. Specifically a Hahns, illingers, or maybe a severe. How would I bite pressure train them?:blue1:

Wait for birdman ..he's super helpful..I have a severe and we are doing the training, but he can explain it way better than me.

Find a way to communicate to your bird that something is unpleasant, but without letting them make a game of it so they'll take you seriously.

And consistency goes a long way.

Yeah. Not to be rude, but it seems like I've answered this one a few times.

It's posted. Do a search. You can only repeat yourself so many times...
