All jokes aside Blue looks really good on his beak happend 15 minutes ago while i was on phone. He is freee to roam. He got a smaller black one once before, but this time I am worried. I gave him his favorite minerla block and warm water ( another favorite) . seeems ok at twenty minutes now. waiting for photos to upload to link.

How much fluid ingested. Who knows Toluene or naptha is it the solvent?. hes got to be high as a kite. Acting more like he knows he is in trouble with me. seems fine . hanging upside down trying to eat a tangerine .

24/7 he is with me. I don't think he eats right. He wont stay out the frying pan nor the fridge. Greets everyone with a big Hi! Then proceeds to make you his new chew toy.. Extremely well behaved. I am not racist. HOwever people of darker color who follow my instructions , Rudy takes to instantly, very gently no pressure bites. Immediately wants to sit on thier shoulder. seeems strange. He eats white people. lol

I Got him at 3 months still weaning , wont eat pellets and is under weight in spite of spoiling him which might be the problem. SO io fatten him up I let him gorge once a day on pine nuts,

At five months 5pm late Octobber he chewed through a aviator harness on a warm autumn day and proceeded to keep me up for 36 hours with 3000 watts of floods shined at the top of of a 100' gum tree - at 6:15am exact sunrise, we did a lap around the neighborhood before he reluctantly slowly flew from tree to tree where I wacked him out of a tree i could reach him. kidding .. he stepped up onto a long bamboo pole about 10 am

Apparently in our area Owls are the predators. Terry at M&D sounded terrified, when asking for advice. She said he would not move in the dark, and how owls feed. So, while I hear them occasionally,My Infra red camera wont bolt to a lead deterrent. I see red tail hawks all the time.

NEighbors were a bit terrified waking up with a guy in thier yard stalking him with an AR15 in hand, but lord help me, that parrot and i would be in cages before I let one of those over abundant red tails get close to my best buddy.

Rudy's first snow storm - BTW he only shivers after baths, sticks his beak directly on halogens! seems to tolerate the cold unbelievably well.



I really dont understand snow came from up there?



We were out today, and while against my wishes he has been clipped minimally. Training free flight, only works when a goose flies over. Loves everyone he meets, tongues my GF - gross! snugggles when I snore.




Eats the kitchen faucet if he doesnt get his shower twice a week. He loves them.

I can tell you it's not a good idea to let your GW chew on anything he can get his beak on. Depending on what you have 'laying around', he may ingest something bad enough where a vet won't be able to help him. :54:

Howdy, no photos showing for me! FYI, big daytime outdoor danger- hawks! They will take your baby right off your shoulder! You will never see or hear them coming.

So he ate a marker???? How long was he unsupervised?? I hope he's all right....did you call your Avian vet and ask for their professional advice?? (Maybe it's not such a good idea to let him free range until you've properly bird-proofed your home)

Also- a few more things....please don't let your gw near halogen light bulbs (or any other bulbs for that matter)....please be careful about taking him out in the snow.... and absolutely do NOT shoot a red tail hawk!!!!
