Did this pencil drawing of our sweet GW β*trying to capture her mischievous expression and the soft flow of her feathers.
I will do a series of her in various poses and Iβm planning to do a second series of drawings of our CAG in the near future. Iβm presently working with my two βliveβ models at home but Iβd like to eventually expand to include other species of hookbills.
One thing is for sure, as I work on the details of such a drawing, I cannot help but marvel at their beauty and grace.
I will offer this one to a local parrot rescue organization as part of a fundraising effort.
