GoldnObles 1 - New batch problem?

I’ve been feeding my GW GoldnObles 1 as the basis for her diet since I got her three years ago. The recent jar I purchased shows that the name has since been changed to GoldnObles Original and the pellets are noticeably much darker than they used to.
I’ve been feeding her this new batch of pellets for about 6 or 7 days and I noticed that she doesn’t seemed as fond as these and her stools have more contain more fluid. I switched her to another pellet brand, Tropican alternative formula by Hagen - and her stools are beginning to look firmer. Could it just be coincidence? Has anyone else had this problem before with GoldnObles? Are there other healthier pelllet alternatives?

I’d be interested to hear from forum members...

Harrison's and Roudybush tend to come highly rated.

Have you contacted Goldenfeast about their pellets?

Harrison’s and roust yah both have added supplements, a major no no for ekkies. Not recommended for them.

I feed this to Parker. It does seem different, admittedly. They must have changed something. Though my boy was never super crazy about them to begin with.

Have you contacted Goldenfeast about their pellets?I received information from the company through my retailer and they said that the ingredients are the same but that they changed one of their processing machines and that it had slightly altered the color of the product.
