This is Zoey, the mascot at the parrot shop where I work. I've been trying to catch this goofy sound of hers on video for weeks now, and she finally decided to humor me just as we were about to close up the shop.

My AG makes noises very similar. It's more of a wa wa wa wa.
I think Bella picked it up from one or both of the Green cheek Amazons and we have reinforced it by repeating it back to her.

Here are some pictures of my favorite dorky hy. I've posted some in my Adventures in Bird-Sitting thread, but wanted to make sure the macaw lovers got to see. :) I am so in love with this silly blue bird!

A mischievous Zoey walking over to try and whack me in the face with her beak. Everything is a joke with this girl!

Not the best picture, but HER FACE. That's her signature grin, all right! Moments later, she playfully (and gently) grabbed my nose with her beak.
