This is a young Macaw who is trying to regurgitate. Most Macaws will do this when they gert excited or showing love to their flock, meaning you or your Family. This has nothing to do with dancing. Normally, when Macaws dance they will bounce their bodies up and down or wave their heads from side to side. Joe
he did it again today after he took a shower with me and i was done blow drying him. never saw a bird love the hairdryer before lol he holds one wing up at a time for me to blow underneath em hehehehe
Thanks Mike, you are going to have so much fun with him. mine too love the shower and blow dryer, just hint for you, try putting a dime size of pure aloe into your hand rub together, while you Macaw is still wet, rub his body and feathers, this is very good for their feathers and skin. thanks for sharing joe
If you go high heat it is! I did it on low heat and my dryer have a cooling cycle if it gets too hot, all you have to do is press the button to cool it down. I keep my house on a cooler side, plus I didn't want them to get sick. So we do towel dry for those that hates the blow dryer. I never use the blow dryer on myself, I bought it for the animals....lol
It actually makes me wanna gag..... especially when puke it on me and I can smell it. I have a weak stomach....lol....in HS I threwup after disecting fetal pig.....
