Hi everyone,
I am from South Africa and recently after 19 years was able to get a Macaw, a blue and gold Macaw!!!! I got him/her for my Twenty second birthday
On the way home he/she got a name. Hendrik LOL. It's a male name but we can change it when my parrot goes for it's checkup and it ends up to be a female. I got 'it' at 14 weeks and now 2 weeks later still going strong haha.
I restore classical cars and studying after hours and inbetween 3 scotties need attention and a marine tank...
The Macaw is a nice change of pace.
Well I plan on keeping him my whole life which I believe is very possible. I am just scared of doing something wrong so I am here for experienced help!!
