Welcome to PF!!! Yes it is a indian ringneck, depending on what age he/she is you would know by a ring around the neck. If its 18 months and the ring is solid black, its male, and if it hasnt changed colour by that time it most probably is a female.

Cute birdy! Welcome, you will surely enjoy it here!!!

Wilma!!!

ok, general rule of thumb ... conures= small beak ... AMAZONS = BIG BEAK ... MACS = FLESH SHREDDER ATTACHED TO THE FACE ...

Bite Pressure trained Macs make amazing pets, and if bonded can be trusted with those big beaks ... BUT it takes a lot of training to get to that point ...

I'm afraid i'm not the computer literate one:eek:, i'm shown up by my daughter Lauren, who's 10yrs old who knows how to put the pics on and she's got lots of them as they are her birds. If i can put video clips on she has them too of her Rosella singing away and actually dancing:D. Great little vid i must say.
Cheers
Steve.

If you have photobucket (or similar) then you (or your daughter) can get them up onto the site. I'll look forward to seeing them. If she needs any help, just scream and we'll help out.

These kids today certainly know how to show us up don't they. :D :D :D
