hello from coral and marty!

Hi everyone my name is coral and my fids name is Marty he's a blue headed pious. He's rehomed and he was neglected and they were mean to him. He had a very bad diet no fresh food ever no toys and no out if cage time. He's a biter. He doesn't bite me anymore but will chase my grandma out of the room trying to bite her. He was sick when I got him some antibiotics cleared that up. He plays with toys now and he has a nice big cage that he's only in to sleep and fresh food everyday. His adoption day was december 28th I think so its gonna be a year in a few months! He really trusts me and he's formed a few interspecies friendships along the way with all three of my dogs. All of which are closely supervised when together and they put up with martyr preening! Their his flock to! im in school for animal care in the vet and grooming field. Its a college class im taking while in highschool so its pretty informative about a lot of things. Well I think that's enough out of me lol!

I have a sister named Coral , Sooooooo how can l not be the first to welcome you & Marty ! Thank god you found him he my have passed away with the other family sounds like you saved his life . Had a giggle when u said he chaser,s your granny out of the room bet that does not go down very well . Bet your enjoying your vet coarse u sound like the perfect student , guess they know a lot about birds there but this is a great forum as u can,t beat hands on for experience .
