I am a new member as of now. I have a Sun Conure, an Orange Wing Amazon, and a new baby Greenwing Macaw. The Conure (Peanut) is about 2 years old, the Amazon (LP) is about 10 months old, and my new baby is 30 days old!

Your birds are very beautiful, and I love your out of cage set up. Now I want to make one like it! Your baby made me smile. Except for the huge feet and beak you can't tell it's a macaw yet.

Welcome to you. Your birds are so cute. I myself own a GCC and I love this bird so much. I dont own anyother birds (YET?) but I do have a large family of pets. So again welcome and enjoy.

Thank you all very much for the warm welcome! Peanut is a permanent fixture on my shoulder...LP is in love with my wife, he will shadow-box with me and play-bite (soft as a feather) and hiss at me when I walk by. He's only my friend for peanuts and bread...My new baby is the first one I've hand-fed. So any advice would be welcome! Thanks again for the warm replys.

Hi Lene!

Just more bird (size) to rub on and whisper to. He does like to stretch his wings out and flap them when he's being fed...its a mess if I miss his mouth. My Conure's cage is across the room and when the baby says "honk-honk", "honk-honk", then "HONNNK"!! It knocks the Conure from her cage to the opposite side of the room (flying).
