Hello! Sadly, I do not currently own a bird. I am looking for one. I had a pet shop all picked out to buy a lovebird but they closed down due to the economy. Then, I was going to adopt a cockateil that my friend knew needed a home...but she ended up keeping him, haha! It worked out either way since I know he will be happy with her. But now I have an empty cage in my living room. I have experience with cockateils and conures. I often take care of my two sisters' conures (a sun and a jenday) I love them and always love looking after them.

Awe! These look like the birds I would have gotten :rainbow1: :grey:
:(

I live in the Orlando area, if anyone knows of a bird that needs a home or a good place to buy one, please let me know! I am comfortable with any small to medium sized parrots. I am just not really comfortable with anything as large as a cockatoo or macaw.

Welcome to the forum! I would check birdbreeders.com for breeders near you, or you may find a feathered friend on craigslist or in a local rescue.

Welcome! Im in deltona, just north of orlando. I searched for a bird breeder without much luck, seems craigslist or the sanford market are the best places to find them. I wish you had been here a week ago, i had to rehome my sun conure.
