Welcome to the forum. They look like lineolated parakeets to me.

Do they have red under their wings on their "but", if so then I would say they are red rumped parakeets. If that is the cage you use for them you need to get a bigger cage.

I agree with icy, lino keets.

Can only see a small part of the cage, but with birds that are long tailed make sure that they can stretch their wings fully and their tails don't get through the bars/drag on the floors etc.

How long have you had them? :)

IcyWolf, linnies have short tails, the ones in the pic have long tails. Plus linnies have barring on their necks and down their backs/wings.

I think we need a better picture, I can barely even see their tails.

If you click on the pic you can see the long tail. They are definitely not linnies.

No not that either, those have blue on the top side of their tails.

My first thought was some type of grass parakeet, but I'm not very savvy with the different types of grass keets. Hopefully that is just a travel cage. It's definitely too small for them to be in permanently.

I'm going to buy a new cage today. I uploaded the picture once I got them. Right now there in a big cage with my budgies and seem to be doing fine.. I'm going to seperate them though. The one on the left is the female much less color than the male on the right. The male does have some red under the back. They both have very long tails. They were said to be two months old.. Does that look accurate to you guys? Thanks I didn't expect this much response. Love this forum!

I go with a Red Rumped even though we cannot see that portion of the bird. The rest of the feathers match in color and pattern to this species of parrot.
Birds should have a golden to yellow underside.

I wouldnt even keep one of them in that cage, I would get a bigger cage. You can train anything with time and patience, why wouldn't you be able to train them?

I think they'd be okay in that until they've settled with him at least.
