Hi all~
I've lurked around on the forums for a little while and figured I should make an account, introduce myself and try to contribute to the birdy discussions! : P I'm from Australia and a long time fan of birdies. Grew up with a pair of finches, cockatiels and lorikeets across the years when I was younger which really sparked an interest in birds. Now 22, I currently own a sun and nanday conure, Lola and Mimi. I love 'em lots. : D Almost as much as they love each other! They eat, play, groom and sleep together and share a big cage. Oh, and I would really love to own a macaw one day!

Lola is almost 1 year old and Mimi is about 9 months. They unfortunately had to have their wings clipped, but hoping to let them grow out and be fully flighted next molt. Lola is a dainty little thing and acts very shy and sweet, never a feather out of place and is always looking after her "sister" Mimi. Mimi is a total spaz and always tripping over, dropping food, falling off things and running along the hardwood floors after people like an evil chucky doll - but she's a total cuddlebum and loooves to be with you as much as she can, demanding smoochies and scritches.
Anyways, looking forward to getting to know everyone. : )
(I did just sign up for another forum before finding this one... but this one looks much nicer! so I just copy pasted my introduction post, haha!)
