Just got this little gal today!

I've been looking for the right bird for me for a long time... I'm 31 and I grew up with a YSGCC that my mom still has to this day and I've wanted to add a bird to my family for a very long time. This one just sort of landed in my lap. A co-worker bought her (not sexed but calling it a her lol) for a Christmas present for her daughter and it turns out that the daughter is allergic to birds.

She was going to try and sell her on Craigslist and I decided to take her home instead! I'm not totally sure of the coloring so if someone here could shed some light on that for me I'd appreciate it.

I'm still totally undecided on a name but I'm sure one will come to me

I bought a cage that should do for a night time cage while I wait for the large cage I'm ordering to arrive (they had her in a tiny tiny thing much smaller then even your average parakeet cage), millet, cuttle bone, seed and pellets as I'm going to try and transition her to pellets, some fresh fruits and veggies and like a dozen or so toys to rotate out. Let me know if I've forgotten something crucial so I can pick it up on the 26th!
