Just joined and am happy to have found this site. It seems to have lots of info. I don't have a parrot right now but am searching. I had a blue fronted amazon for 5 years but had to find him a happy new home because I was working 10 hr's a day and my Mother became very ill so I had no time to give my beautiful parrot
the time he needed but he did go to a great family and is happy there. I've had parakeets and a couple of canary's since I was a child so I'm not new to birds. It' been about 5/6 years since I gave away my amazon and I really miss my birds. I'm retired (I retired early) and have lots of time for my feathered friends.
