I usually don't do the whole "intro thread" thing, but I figure if I am going to do this, I am going to do it right! I am getting a Green Cheek Conure in a few weeks, and I have never had one before. I have had Budgies, Cockatiels, Quaker Parrots, Finches, and even a Canary once, but never a GCC. I don't have any birds right now, and I miss them terribly. A local breeder is retiring and looking for homes for her last clutch of babies and offered me one for free after we met and talked for hours. I am just wondering if anyone has any advice on the species that is not commonly found on the internet. You can believe I am reading up! But any special tips? Thanks guys!
