Hi all,
I live in Vancouver, BC and am new to both the forums and pet birds in general. I have owned cats, dogs, fish, reptiles and tarantulas in the past but have been reduced to fish for quite a few years now!
I just bought my first bird yesterday, an eight week old peach faced lovebird my 7 year old son has decided to name Sunny. He/she is quite the go-getter and has provided us a lot of laughs in 24 hours. I am sure we will have many more years to enjoy his company.

First order of business...buy him a bigger swing!
