Hi everyone! I have a Scarlet Macaw named Tara that I've had for 24 yrs. She's my child & quite spoiled, and we love her dearly.
She's been a feather picker since she was little (long story).
I have lupus, so I stay home a lot with my pets. I do some dog grooming at people's homes when I'm feeling good.
I'm liking forward to being a part of this group & learning new things.

Kind of a rarity for those really big birds to be in the same home since they were young. We'd love to see some pics of her even if she is a plucker
