I am so pleased to have found this forum. I became the owner of a ten week old GG pineapple conure two days ago. I have named him chunky as in pineapple chunks!
As you will all know, he has turned my world upside down. He's is so stupidly tame, he falls asleep in the palm of my hand, or, pushes his head in the back of my ear and nuzzles under my hair.
He eats seed mix, but I am still giving egg food three times a day. Will start trying to get him onto veggies soon.
Anyway, expect lots of questions as I try to raise this colourful little man.
