So happy to find other bird people! I am very appreciative of all the information on this site. Fourteen months ago my eclectus Ellard died, and I miss him every day. He was the perfect feathered friend. He was smart and funny, and the sound of his voice made me smile. I would like another bird in my life, but I'm afraid that I would expect another eclectus to be another Ellard, and that wouldn't be fair. So I'm hoping through this community to learn about other kinds of birds and maybe I will find another one to love. Thank you all for being here.
