Hello my name is Theresa and I live in Hubbard Lake, MI., with my husband 1 spoiled Rottweiler named Diamond. I just bought the most wonderful bird ever. Well he is wonderful to me. He is a Cherry Head Conure. He is 6 months old. The breeder told me that as he gets older his head will become more red. So my husband decided to name him Red. I will post pictures of him as soon as I figure out how.:green1:

Cherry Heads and Mitred were always my favorite conures. They love playing on their backs they will pick up trick training fairly quickly and talk pretty well for a conure too. They can go through a nippy, bossy stage but with consistent loving rules they come through it and make wonderful pets.

I used to live with my husband in Alpena not far from Hubbard Lake.:D

Hubbard Lake is beautiful, I spend time there every now and then.

Did you get Red from a local breeder? I used to know most of the breeders in that area.
