So I figure from as absent as I have been from the avian community in general, that I should probably start by introducing myself all over again. So, hello! I look forward to joining in and learning and talking with you all. Thanks!

Welcome back! I've seen your website before, and I remember it making a good impression on me that you run a closed aviary :). I hope all is well!

My whole life was on hold because we were trying to have a baby and kept losing the pregnancies. It really drained my husband and I. We had tried for eleven years, and gave up... then we had our baby girl this past October, and are expecting again in April. I moved my parents eight hours and let them put a house up on our land, and have since gotten the help I so desperately needed to keep up with two businesses, a zoo, an eleven month old, and a plethora of hobbies, friends, and my marriage. So I will be updating all our digital media over the coming weeks... website, facebook page, group forums I manage, etc... The birds are all doing well, and are happy to be back together and have their nests back in their flights. I had them split (most of them anyway) for months and months because I knew I couldn't manage feeding babies and everything else. But, my parents house will be finished by about November 1st (they are living in my house presently), and then things will feel a bit more settled. But I miss all things bird, and am glad I have the help I need so that I can get back to focusing on bird stuff :D
