None, at the moment, but in the past we had a peach faced lovebird called Baby, and we currently have 4 chickens
Hello!

My name is Nessa, I'm a zoology student (hoping to become an ornithologist if possible), and I work part time as a barista. I am unfortunately parrotless at the moment, as our lovebird passed away a few years ago, but we do have four chickens: two rescued battery hens, Mrs. Brown (ruler of the roost) and Doris, a Brahma, Alice, and a white silkie, Anastasia. The reason I've joined is that I really miss having indoor birds in my life, and I am considering getting a bird :)

Hi Nessa! Welcome to the forums! Thank you for rescuing the hens, the two ladies must be very grateful and happy to live with your other hens. Do you have a species in mind for your indoor bird?

I'm still in the research stages, but I really like galahs, conures, and senegals. I could well end up with a completely different bird though!

Welcome Nessa! The forum may be a helpful conduit for you as various species of parrots are considered. Meanwhile, enjoy your rescued chickens. What a noble gesture!!
