I'm from Oakley Ca. Have been a vet. Tech. For 8 years and am now disabled. I've been looking for a reputable cockatoo breeder around the bay area, or Sacramento area. I almost got scammed this morning from a breeder who refused to answer questions and send a picture. As well as wanting western union right away. No way turned her down. But maybe someone could help me look for a reputable breeder.
