Cape parrots are somewhat rare (in the US), but I believe they are fairly similar behaviorally/personality wise to other members of the poicephalus family. What kind of questions do you have about them? Anything specific?

All parrots are fairly similar in some regards- loud, messy, costly upkeep compared to other pets, can bite on occasion, attention needy, dietary needs that require fresh produce and daily prep above pouring dry food in a bowl... They also all have great intelligence and the potential to be wonderful, strongly bonded companions.

Hi and welcome.

I know they are a really nice natured, friendly and loving, cuddly type of Parrot but like all parrots, each has its own individual personality. Id go and meet it first see if it likes you in all honesty x
