I'm an indoor cultivator by passion since last 3 years.
Initially left growing after first very terrific experience of losing my hardly raised plants.
Yeah, I made mistake of not turning of my light for more than 60 hours.
Lost interest and left the hobby.
It was just last year when one very good friend of mine insisted start again. He advised me to prefer low cost equipment that work and with help of some information over internet.
I took one harvest happily and currently working on second round.

Hope it helps to those who are just starting out for first time. Mistakes are common and we learn to improve outcome by not repeating same mistakes.

Thanks for giving me such a nice opportunity.

Sunny a female B&G macaw;
Japie (m) & Appie (f), both are congo african grey;
All are rescues- had to leave their previous homes for 'reasons', are still in contact with them :)
LOL in NL we would assume you grow drugs/weed/canabis- and I for one applaud that because all the great aquariumlighting-options we have these days are kind of invented by the growersbunch - and I love my underwaterplants!

Welcome here - are you interested in parrots?
