Hello all!
i was recently gifted a Hispanolian parrot by a family member.
I had posted a pic on one of my threads, she wasn't taken care of too well. I am doing my best to let her get comfy before trying to tame her. I'm giving her some feather supplements for her feather-loss.

Anyone have the same parrot or know much about this parrot? Would be really nice!

Amazon ventralis, it’s an amazon parrot. Very pretty species but I think you are k r of the first to come through here with one!

Typical amazon care and notes should work well for you. Probably akin to white spectacled amazons or lilac crowned amazons.

RIP Gandalf and Big Bird, you are missed.
I would be careful with feather supplements. Are you using a spray or product added to food?

Has Cuca had a well-check with an avian vet? It is possible there is a medical, dietary, or environmental basis for feather imperfections.

I am going to try to take it to the vet after all this stops the whole isolation thing, i am giving her feather up its good because i see more feathers on her. But if anything ill see what the vet says

Not familiar with Feather Up but located and determined the ingredients. Only consideration is potential vitamin and mineral overdose if she eats supplemented foods such as pellets.

Active ingredients: Vitamins A, D3, E plus 10 other vitamins. Rapisorb minerals: selenium, iron, cobalt, manganese, copper, zinc, magnesium plus iodine and sulphur. Limiting amino acids, protein and Glucose polymers.
