Hi everyone! My name is Tara and I am living in Florida. Last Sunday I brought home Oscar, 4 month black capped conure, who was hand raised but had not been handeled in a while. I was told that he has not been handeled in a while. After a few minutes of buttering him up he was on my hand giving kisses like crazy. He loves to sit on top of his cage. He is a bit timid but still curious as ever. Any advice for making him as happy as I can would be wonderful. I have hopes that this sweet baby will turn into a love bug like my old parrotlet. She cuddled, kissed, and went everywhere with me...I miss her terribly. I just hope that I can make this boy as happy as she was
