sun conure girls: Allie & Kira
Well.....I havn't been on in god knows how long. For all of those new to the board, my name is Emily and I have been here for long than a year now, back when there were like 24 members or soomething like that. School has been way too crazy to do anything but check the email and facebook. Anyways, I own two sun conure girls name Alliee and Kira. Alliee will be 4 in Feb of 2008 and Kira will be 2 this November. Both came from the same breeder and same parents from www.birdcompanions.com for those interested. I have had lots of other experiences with tons of different birds and animals. I was once working at a vet office as a vet tech assistant and am now a trained tech, just not registered since I am not yet 18 and have to take an official class. I will be attending the University of Texas at San Antonio for pre-dental and then hopefully going to UMichigan for Dental School. Right now I am in Austin, TX and REALLY enjoying the summer.
I hope to reset my grounds in here and meet everyone and their fids

Hey there Emily, nice to have you back again. Guess it was a bit of a shock seeing all these new names around the place.

How have Aillee and Kira been doing? Got any recent pics we'd love to see them. I finally got my other Grey I used to talk about way back when. :D I can't believe Kira will be 2 soon, I can remember you waiting to bring her home. :D blimey the times soon goes.

Well hope you'll keep in touch and pop back often.

HAHA...wow, I feel horrible, my "moderatorness" is gone..... oh well...my school has been a bit more important. I havn't really gotten any new pictures. I think I will do that today.
Peta, I noticed in the sig. that you have a new grey!!! lucky. How I can't wait to increase the size of birds...aka...a grey or YNA.
Sometime during this school year, my grandparents will be getting me a house, so I am looking forward to taking the girls with me, adopting a dog or adding to the flock....that would be amazing! Ah.
So that's about all that is new. I am making a play net for above the girl's cage....once I get that done and finish the jolly ball up, then I will upload more than enough pictures.

Yeah, after years of looking round I finally found the little one, I brought him home when he was about 8 weeks old and finished off the handfeeding, He can be a real handfull and torments Bucc something terrible :D And he has just found out that he can scream, boy can he scream. He seems to think he's doing something wonderful.

I look forward to seeing the pics of the girls and the play net and jolly ball. Are you making the jolly ball yourself? If so then can you let me know how you did it and what type of ball you use. We can't seem to get them here and I would love to make one for Kito. :D
