My safe bird store.....WOW. What a wonderful place to buy birdie stuff! I'm so impressed with this order. I bought 4 toys, and look at all the stuff I got! Free foot toys and forrage toys, and she even sent mommy some candy!

I bought that one there at the bottom next to the foot toys because it kinda reminded me of Willy Wonkas everlasting gobstopper :) hehe

My birds will LOOOOVE these toys!

I love ordering from Kathie, she takes care of you for sure. I like it since she's gone green and wrapping everything in tissue now, the cats LOVE that. I should be getting my next order today, can't wait!

I like that foot toy, I actually got Jasper the binkie ball. I think I like it more than he does LOL

Isn't fun to unwrap the paper and ribbons, too? I will buy almost everything there from now on. I just got a box Tuesday. Merlin loved those little foraging toys she gave me free the last time so I bought that pack of like 120 of them for her. And yes, I've eaten 2 of the little candy bars already and the box of pretzels, lol!

Pete and Rowdy love the balsa wood blocks, but go through them like poop through a goose so I bought several packs of them this time around.

Oh, and cat loves the paper and ribbons so it's like she got toys, too.

lol about liking the toys more than they do. I spend so much time on the cages I feel like I should be able to crawl in there and play too!

Bongo is still so young that he doesnt play with toys much, he will push around a foot toy for about 3 minutes before he wants to do something else. I take a new toy for him to play with when I go see him each day and just take it back home with me and put it back in his cage. Trying to get him used to what he will have when he gets home, but so far he is just too busy.
Clifford on the other hand either demolishes his toys by the second day they are in his cage or unscrews them and lets them fall to the bottom when he gets bored with them. We buy a lot of toys. If I had some extra time and knew how I would make my own. It would save a lot of cash!

I do make a lot of my own, or just keep replacing parts on the ones they have already. But, Rowdy needs some new bells, as does Merlin. They both remove the clappers.

My BCC loved unscrewing the links. You might give Clifford a big string of just link and let him go to town removing them each one by one. I bet he would like undoing knots as well. Some birds are very mechanical minded. Or some big SS bolts with nuts he can take off; just make sure they are too big for him to swallow.

Merlin seems to mostly prefer just having a bunch of toy parts littered at the bottom of her cage to chew on and play with. Every day she puts at least one into her food dish as well. And she is big on shreddables. The toys she has hanging she doesn't really chew on, but just spins them around.

MSBS really does outshine all others. It is the extra time they take to present your order quickly and aesthetically.

No, not brilliant, just a decade of living with a bird who was hard to please as most toys bored her:) I spent hours trying to come up with ideas for her. And sometimes I bombed out. I'd buy her something I thought was challenging and it would turn out too easy and she would then destroy it or poop all over it to tell me she didn't want it.

And with the links, they will continue being reusable. You just have to pick them all out of the tray and put them all back. And they don't seem to get tired of them so apparently it's challenging enough for a small beak.

I also bought a bunch of these

I string them together and pop the beads into the openings, hang the paci's etc on the links.....

She (oh yeah we found out he is a SHE) can then pull the beads off unstring the links and throw them all over, and all I have to do is pick them up and put them back together.....it's her favorite thing in the cage, and out (she will take one end of the string apart, as I'm putting the other end back together)

I just gave Rowdy some of the tissue paper expecting her to shred it, but she is carrying it around with her all over like it's some kind of treasure, lol! But, that got the cat interested so I had to give her some of her own.

I do finally have some better pics. My old one I took right when I first got Pete, but he had only just started making friends with me. I still need some good close ups of Rowdy not in her cage where she doesn't attack the camera or fly away:D
