So back on the 12th (or 11th, can't remember lol) I was sitting on the floor with our family's lab, Buster. I was keeping his attention away from my YSGCC Roxy. Well somehow the top of his head (that hard part of their skull) hit me smack-dab in the bridge of my nose. :31: My nose didn't bleed, didn't swell up, or show any bruising on the skin, so I thought nothing of it since I could breathe just fine too. (P.S. I heard a crack when he hit me but didn't think anything of it :p)

Now that it's been over a week, it's still sore. So after mom scolding me as to why I didn't go to the doctors yet, I finally did and they x-ray my nose. But I was not expecting this answer from the doctor's office about my results, "We can neither confirm nor deny that you have a fracture." Partly due to my dwarfism, specifically achondroplasia, which affects the shape of the bridge of my nose...I basically don't have a bridge that comes out :p

So basically I get wait and see if it still hurts 2 weeks from now or I get severe congestion. woohoo!

I have been bitten really good by a B&G in the arm and it does not compare to this...as of now it still hurts, who wants to bet it is a fracture or just bruising underneath? lol j/k

Who doesn't love a bout of severe congestion?

I guess the good thing about a broken nose is you don't have to wear a cast... and the downside is you don't get to wear a cast (if you get what I'm saying lol. I cracked a rib once so I sure do). I've heard a broken nose makes it pretty painful to breath, but I'm sure bruising could do the same. Hopefully its not a fracture, though!

Owww ! That has got to hurt ! Here's to breathing well and healing fast :)
I was taken out by 6 Border Collies while they were running throu the field .
I went straight up in the air about 4 feet and came down on my collar bone , I thought I broke it , I was too afraid to even breath , but as it ends up , I was fine , lol.
While I was lying there , the dogs kept dropping their tennis balls on me ,I guess they figured my arms still worked :)
