Ok so I have (had) 12 pure white pigeons, they are homing birds meaning they live outside and return back to my backyard. 2 babies and 10 adults. The parents of the babies where killed on two separate days by a cat, the parents where also hated by the rest of the birds, or never seemed to get along. Now the parents are dead I didn't know who will take care of the babies. I will if I have to but I kept them on there nest to see what happens, oddly enough, all the birds seem to have "adopted" the babies! When ever the babies are chirping to be fed any of the birds go to the feed and get water and feed the birds!
I just though this was amazing, do pigeons really do this?
