Sadly i must have missed the memo! I would have snuck Gilbert in the office today!
I will be the only person in the whole wing tomorrow, so i was thinking i might HAVE to bring him. I mean, i can't even run out for a coffee....i should have the luxury of having feathered assistance.

I speak really lousy pirate though.........going to have to take a crash course.

ARGHHH! (The only pirate word I know) does Gilbert like going to work? Have you taken him for a whole day? I've taken Nika to work, but only for short moments, like if I had to pick something up. She hung out and was fine. I wish I could take her more, but there are usually chemical services going on (hair color, bleach, etc) no I simply cannot. I've taken her when the salon was closed and she loved it. Too bad.

Gil has never been here, but my dogs have. I think he would love it actually. I figured i would bring the travel cage and let him stay in there and stand on that cage when he comes out, like when we go away on the weekend. Fridays are shorter days too where i only work until 4:30 so i think he would enjoy it. He basically likes anything where he can be out and about.
The only thing unsafe in our building is our well water, but because of that we have bottled water here. It is a public building (i work for municipal government) so they test regularly and at least we KNOW not to drink it and it's posted.

well, nichts that....i heard we have someone coming to clean our office tomorrow, and this guy is Lysol happy. (we all complain because you can't breathe with all the lysol sprayed). Definitely not bringing Gilbert for that!

I wish I could bring the budgies to school with me , make a little bird room in my locker lol . Or better yet sneak them in my hair
