I need a red feather.

I'm making a Pinocchio halloween costume for a friend's son. The hat needs a red feather, and I even bought a pack of red feathers from the craft store- the thing is, they're cheap looking. I don't do cheap looking. Not sure why I even bought them! So, I figured I'd ask you guys...

The feather needs to be no more than 8" tip to tip, including the quill. I'm looking for solid red, but a twinge of another color would be cool

Is it fluffy? I need a "regular" feather for a Pinocchio hat.

I think a macaw tail feather is going to be to long... I was looking for a feather no longer than 8"- it's for a 1.5 yr old's Pinocchio hat. I think an African Grey tail feather would be perfect!

I already tried buying a pack of red feathers from the craft store- I paid for a 12 pack and got 11, and out of those 11 only 1 is useful. Pretty disappointed. So, I want to try and find a really nice feather.
