Seriously. I need a REAL vacation. I feel so tired and worn out...I think the last time we went on a trip was our honeymoon 2.5 years ago and life has been non-stop ever since. I just want at least a few days where I don't have to do anything for anyone, just lay around, sleep in past 7am, or whatever else I feel like doing...or not doing lol

4 years?! Then you really know how I feel lol I left my job at the bank shortly after we got married with the intention of working at home for my husband...well, I ended up pregnant, so from there things have been crazy and I'm just now attempting to get our office under control.
I usually get one day a week kid-free, but I always spend that day doing all the deep clean stuff...so essentially I don't ever get a day off :/
I'm just tired. So tired. My back and neck are burning with pain right now... I want to run away to a tropical island lol

my outlet is to go shopping, that's what helps me not loose my mind 
I steel an hour here and there, just to get out of the house, just for myself.
I don't buy clothes, or jewellery, I usually buy things for my birds....it keeps me sane.

I don't really get time alone lol and once in a blue moon I'll get time for myself, but I'm 99% of the time doing something as far as household work, office stuff, or taking care of the kid.
I haven't gotten a decent night's sleep in a couple years lol I feel like a zombie.

I remember how it was when you had your first child. there is no time for anything, even a shower takes up too much time. Eating??, you woof down your food so you can do the next important job....never enough hours in the day.
you have to make sure YOU are on the LIST!....other wise sooner or later you will burn out.
please take care of yourself, and make some time. I think all mothers are in the same boat as you are, but remember, you're NOT a 'one man army'.

hahahahahahaha, yep I remember them days, I like to call "lazy days". I look back on them fondly. but then I became a bird owner. With Mac and Tiki, there wasn't any sleeping past 7:00 or 8:00 during the time change because once the sun started coming up, and I wasn't getting them out and fixing their food, they were complaining about the service
